The Interview Drill

No preparation is required for the role of Observer. As an Observer you simply need to observe, staying silent during interviews. 

 

As an Observer, you will be allowed to provide feedback after the Interviewers have offered their feedback. As an Observer, your feedback may be directed to either the Job Seeker or the Interviewer, or make comments on the interview process generally.  

 

Drop-ins are welcomed.  No reservations are required for attendance as an Observer.    To minimize disruption, please arrive on time.
