The Interview Drill

MOCK INTERVIEWS- We offer made-to-order mock interviews that replicate actual employment interviews, including group or team interviews. Job Seekers receive extensive feedback from both interviewers and observers  We offer interview training to the general public and select groups including: students, over 50, currently employed.

 

VIDEOTAPING - Job seekers who reserve their slot may request to have their interview videotaped.  They may select  to have their interview available for viewing on a private or public channel of YouTube. Alternatively, or in addition, they may choose to receive a flash drive of their digital interview for a modest fee.   

 

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC - In most cases, The Interview Drill sessions are available to the pubilc who may observe the interview(s) and participate by offering feedback.  

 

CONTRACTUAL SERVICES - The Interview Drill Team offers Interview Drill sessions to for-profit, non-profit, and public entities. Interview Drills can be tailored to meet the unique demands of the organization sponsoring the event. We also contract with recruiters to provide designated interviewers, and Job Seekers.  

 

TRAINING PROGRAMS - The Interview Drill supports non-profit organizations and public agencies whose mission is to make available employment resources. We offer program training, technical resources, and marketing support so that these entities can offer mock employment interviews with feedback within their own organization.  Contact us for more information.  

 

OTHER MOCK INTERVIEWS - As we grow, we anticipate expanding beyond the basic employment interview and offering additional mock interview types including business presentations, media interviews, and mock school applicaiton interviews.   We are currently developing services that can be offered via the internet.   

 

The Interview Drill Team was formed by a group of individuals who had collectively been seeking employment.  As part of an employment training program, we sought out the best resources to find and secure employment.  We realized that many hours were invested in networking and making contacts, identifying open positions and applying for them. Given how much preparation went into these inital stages, it was clear that a successful job interview also was critically important.  

 

Many books are available to help people prepare for that big interview. However, nothing can replace the opportunity to prepare by doing a mock interview and receiving valuable feedback from peers.  This is what we offer.
