The Interview Drill

 

 

 

 

Those who play the role of the Interviewer get to learn what is important to the interviewer and what they look for from the Job Seeker.  The Interviewer should be dressed in business casual attire for the interview. If the Interviewer has access to the Job Seeker's resume and/or job description/company information prior to the meeting, these should be reviewed in advance. More likely, they will receive these documents at the start of the session and will have 15  minutes to review them prior to the start of the interview.  

 

Interviewers are invited, but not required, to sign up in advance.  In the event that no interviewer has signed up, volunteer interviewers will be selected from the attendees.

• Indicate the session date at which you would like to interview others.
